HDPE geomembrane specifications, models and technical parameters
Geomembrane is a barrier waterproof synthetic material made of polyethylene raw materials using blow molding or calendering processes. It is used in anti-seepage projects. Composite geomembrane is a material that uses geomembrane as the base material and is combined with geotextile. There are many different specifications and models. The width is about 1m-6m, the length is about 30m-100m, and the thickness is 0.3mm and 0.4mm. , 0.5mm, etc., which can also be customized according to needs.
The length of a single product roll should not be less than 50m, and the length deviation should be controlled within ±2%. The width dimension should be greater than 3000mm, and the deviation should be controlled within ±1%.
The integer width specification size and deviation value of HDPE geomembrane, non-integer width products can be implemented as a reference. The anti-seepage at the bottom of the landfill should be more than 5000mm, and the cover should be more than 3000mm.
The thickness and deviation of hdpe Geomembrane should comply with the table requirements:
The limit deviation of smooth geomembrane should be controlled at ±10%, and the limit deviation of rough geomembrane should be controlled at ±15%. Geomembranes with a thickness greater than 1.5mm should be used for bottom anti-seepage, geomembranes with a thickness greater than 0.5mm can be used for temporary coverage, and geomembranes with a thickness greater than 1.0mm can be used for final coverage.
Geomembrane model:
HDPE1 6000/1.5 GB/T17643-2011, expressed as a 6000mm wide, 1.5mm thick smooth HDPE geomembrane
HDPE1 6000/1.0 GB/T17643-2011, expressed as a 6000mm wide, 1.0mm thick smooth HDPE geomembrane
HDPE1 6000/2.0 GB/T17643-2011, expressed as a 6000mm wide, 2.0mm thick smooth HDPE geomembrane
The technical parameters of geomembrane include the following: film thickness and tensile strength, elongation at break, puncture resistance, right-angle tear strength, carbon black content, water vapor permeability coefficient, oxidation induction time and other indicators.
1. Thickness deviation -6%
2. Tensile breaking strength 27N
3. Elongation at break 600%
4. Right angle tearing strength 125N
5. Puncture resistance 320N
6. Carbon black content 3%
Features of geomembrane products: high strength, good self-sealing, large elongation, aging resistance, no environmental pollution, etc. It can be laid using temperature-controlled hot-melt welding and has high joint strength.
Scope of use: landfills, artificial lakes, reservoirs, sedimentation tanks, rivers, aquaculture, etc.
